DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Of course, if an order is urgent or you request for it to be delivered by us we do have this option (Please note charges do apply for this service, and delivery by us is in Auckland only)

CAN I PICK UP AN ITEM?

Yes, we ask you arrange this at least 24 hours in advance to ensure someone is available to hand over your item.*

All Deliveries/Pick-ups are subject to clearance of payment before being sent.

 WHAT IF AN ITEM I RECEIVE IS FAULTY/DAMAGED?

We do our best to hand pick and pack our own products, but if you do have a faulty/damaged product we offer a 24-hour exchange or refund on our products. Please contact us directly.

Hadiya is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

NOTE: We are not responsible for the wear and tear of  books, we do advise that the books/Quran etc are not bent backwards while reading, and looked after with care. 

ARE WE ABLE TO VIEW THE ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASING? 

Absolutely! We are firm believers of allowing our customers to view the items before purchase. However, please bear in mind we are an online business and would need our customers to make an appointment with us for viewing. This can be done via the contact us section of our website. 

I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT

We do not offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind.

Hadiya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
